WELCOME - Welcome to the CMS ACC_LMU 50+ Racing League! This is a North America based sim racing league that is intended to provide a clean, competitive, and respectful racing environment for sim racers 50 years of age and older. CMS has been the premier sim racing club in the United States for over 2 decades, so you are in for a real treat if you’re new to CMS. To get quickly connected via your CMS ACC_LMU 50+ Discord Role assignment, please take 1 minute to complete this "Driver Interest Form" at https://forms.gle/AbSredVvrWaDrrig6 (REQUIRED, only need to complete once to join our league).
SCHEDULE - For this season we are running LMU GT3's, and Races will be held on Thursdays with an alternating schedule of a Practice Race (8) one week, with the Official Points Race (8) the following week. Races will typically run 40-60 minutes.
EVENT TIMELINE - A typical event timeline is as follows:
- 9:10pm ET, Practice server shut down.
- 9:15pm ET, Mandatory Driver Briefing, Race server password provided.
- 9:25pm ET, Practice mode, 5 min. session to join server, bio-break, etc.
- 9:30pm ET, Qualifying, 20 min. session
- 9:55-ish ET, Pre-Race grid timer = 5 mins (Bio break, Admins post penalties to server, etc.)
- +/- 10:50pm, Race ends.

The mandatory Driver briefing takes place promptly at 9:15pm EDT/EST, on the CMS discord server, Thursday - ACC / LMU 50+, General Chat voice channel.
REMINDER RE: USER NAMES - You must use your REAL NAME in all of our platforms including ACC and LMU, CMS's Discord server, and SimGrid. This will assist stewards, admins and drivers in case we need to contact you.
