This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for our digital products and subscription-based services purchased on RaceControl.GG. By making a purchase, you consent to and accept the Refund Policy.

General Refund Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality digital products and subscription services. However, due to the nature of digital goods and services, refunds are not available once the product or service has been accessed, downloaded, or configured.

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

• If the product was not delivered or accessible due to a fault on our part.
• If a technical issue caused by us makes the product unusable, and the issue cannot be resolved by our engineers.
• If explicitly required under local consumer protection laws.

Hosted Server Configurations

For hosted server services configured according to your specific requests, refunds are explicitly denied in all cases except where the server setup was not delivered as agreed.

By requesting a customized configuration, you acknowledge and agree that the service has been tailored to your specifications, rendering it non-refundable under consumer law exceptions for bespoke or personalized goods/services.

Cooling-Off Period for UK Customers

Customers residing in the United Kingdom are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

However, this right does not apply to:

• Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed after the purchase.
• Services that have begun with your explicit consent before the cooling-off period ends (for example, hosting servers configured per your request).

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the immediate commencement of our services upon purchase, and you acknowledge the waiver of your cooling-off rights where applicable.

Procedure for Refund Requests

If you are eligible for a refund under this Refund Policy, please follow these steps:

1. Immediately contact our support team support.racecontrol.gg with your order details and a description of the issue. All refund requests not timely submitted within 7 days of the event triggering a refund shall be waived.
2. Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
3. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exclusions and Limitations

• Refunds will not be provided for user errors, including incorrect purchases or dissatisfaction with server performance when it meets agreed-upon specifications.
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and do not entitle you to a pro-rata refund for unused time.

Legal Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights to which you are entitled under applicable consumer protection laws.
