Stewarding
This series will be stewarded post-race, so may all drivers make themselves familiar with our rules document on Discord. To raise a ticket post race you can use the tickets bot on Discord in the #raise-an-incident channel within 24 hours of the race ending, this will open a new channel visible only by yourself and the stewards in which you may report the particulars of your incident, our stewards will then review the incident and the outcome will be posted in #stewards-decisions with pings to drivers involved. If the driver deemed at fault wishes to appeal then they may do so by the same process, citing the ticket in question and giving their argument and any evidence for the appeal, appeals have a further 24 period in which to be made.
Driver Briefing
There will be a mandatory pre-race briefing before each race, this will start at 18:45 BST on the day of the race in the Driver Briefing channel.
Sign outs
Each driver will be allowed 2 signouts from the season (drivers can sign out from the races page on SimGrid), and after 2 un-signed out races will be automatically kicked from the league by SimGrid.
Multiclass
For those wishing to sign up in the Hypercar class please sign up on SimGrid and attend the pre-season race, after the pre-season race our stewards will review the Hypercar class and pick out any who are seen to be driving dangerously (particularly around GT3s), or who otherwise seem incapable of driving a full series in the class. These individuals will be removed from the class but won't be prevented from signing up in GT3. This decision will not be purely based on skill, so if you get taken out early on but can repair and finish the race safely you are not likely to be removed.
