Rules
Simsport Racing International has worked tirelessly to make sure that the community is safe, friendly and enjoyable for all and the events we run are well organized, fair and above all have great, close racing. Before registering for any SSRI championships, it is mandatory that you review the our rulebook. Simsport Racing International Rulebook
If you choose to compete in Simsport Racing International events, you agree to abide by the rules. Any disregard to the rules could result in removal of your entry and possible ban from future events. When commiting to a championship, please be sure you are available for all races. As there are limited spots available within the championship, we prefer drivers be committed and available for the whole season. If you cannot join a race please sign out using the "withdraw" button at the bottom of each event.
Championship Rules
- Drop Rounds: 1
- Mandatory Pitstop: 1
- Setups: Open
- Weather: Default Dry 22C (alterations will be put in discord)
- Qualifying: private except on Le Mans
- Wear/Consumption/Time: Realistic
- Track Limits: 6
- Tyres: 20 (24 at Le Mans)**
- Driver Assists OFF: abs (HY), auto shift, brake/steering help, stability control, driving line
- Driver Assists ON: auto clutch
- Damage: Full
** These are individual tyres; not tyre sets.
Event Details
These are the rules that apply to all events, unless stated differently in the event on simgrid (and information in our discord LMU section).
- Server Opens at 19:00 UK / 20:00 CET
- 40 Minutes Practice (60 for Le Mans)
- 20 Minutes Qualifying (30 for Le Mans)
- 60 Minutes Race (90 for Le Mans)
- For Le Mans we "may" open up the entrylist for LMP2 one-off (pending)
